Assembles Components using soldering equipment, hand tools, fixtures and microscope
Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine method and sequence of assembly
Verifies dimensions & clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instrumentsCreating & updating process instructions & other documentationperforms routine data analysis and records test resultsConducts tests & inspection of products or processes to evaluate quality or performanceTrouble shooting to determine problems in nonfunctioning equipment used in the manufacturing processRepairs,reworks, & calibrates assemblies to meet operational specifications & tolerance
