Electrical & Instrumentation Technician / Maintenance Technician

3V Inc, a specialty chemicals manufacturer, is seeking qualified candidates for our Electrical and Instrument (E&I) Technician and our Maintenance Technician positions.

The E&I Technicians are responsible for the calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment and systems, including electrical distribution systems, motors, motor controllers, AC drives, pneumatic controls, analog and digital instruments, and PLC’s.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
E&I Technician:
Minimum of 5 yrs hands on experience in the industrial electrical and instrumentation fields OR an appropriate associate engineering degree (experience also preferred)
Prior PLC experience (Allen Bradley PLC’s a plus)
Self-starter, capable of working individually or as part of a team
Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (7 days, 2 off, 7 nights, 2 off, 5 evenings, 5 off)

Maintenance Technician:
Graduate of technical school curriculum for
Industrial Mechanic or Industrial Electrician
Minimum of 3 yrs hands experience in the industrial maintenance field
Ability to weld and pipe fit
Self-starter, capable of working individually or as part of a team
Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (7 days, 2 off, 7 nights, 2 off, 5 evenings, 5 off)
