Electrical Helpers

Assist in all aspects of installation, alteration, demolition, maintenance and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, assemblies, and associated materials and equipment on all types of projects within the electrical construction industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and literacy skills to satisfactorily perform the primary duties and responsibilities of the position.

Requires minimum of high school diploma or accredited G.E.D. certificate and minimum six (6) months related work experience.

Performs basic tasks of material handling, jobsite housekeeing, tool and equipment maintenance, and general labor.

Dig trenches and excavations under general supervision by use of hand tools and power equipment.

Assist in underground conduit installation; mounting, securing and installing electrical raceways, fixtures and systems; and wire pulling procedures.

Assemble pre-fabricated systems under general supervision.

Perform all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Understand and follow verbal and written job related directions.

Understand and comply with Corbin's Electric customer policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Understand and perform other project related duties and assignments as instructed by Supervisor.

Must be able to comply with designated physical standards related to project work.
