REQUIREMENTS
Have you worked for any of the following companies in their technical department, Ricoh or Canon or Duplo or Toshiba or Xerox or Oce or Savin or Mita or Riso or Danka or Ikon or Lanier or Hewlett Packard or HP or Indigo or Imagistics or Kodak? If so, your experience there may greatly enhance your success rate at RISO, Inc.

Qualified candidates will possess three years technical/service experience in the office/computer equipment industry.
Previous experience in the copier industry is a plus!
Excellent skills in repair, troubleshooting, set-up and installation of electro-mechanical equipment and associated computer hardware equipment and software applications.
Good knowledge of IBM and MAC equipment and applications. Excellent oral, written, and customer service skills.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license with the ability to be insured in that state.
Must be willing and able to conduct limited travel for training and assignments.
