We are seeking an Auto Shop Foreman, an individual that is both an expert auto repair technician, and who also have the skills and desire to work with customers when called on to do so. Use your ASE Certifications and/or years of experience to diagnose and provide quality vehicle repair services in a time and cost effective manner. In addition, serve as the Foreman for the shop, providing front-shop customer advice and assistance. Assist the shop manager in ensuring that the shop is run in a way that provides outstanding customer service, while also producing profits for the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two (2) ASE Certifications, one of which is in brakes
Ability to diagnose and inspect vehicles to make fair and honest recommendations to customers of needed repairs and potential problem areas.
Minimum 2 years of experience with vehicle repairs
Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills.
Mathematical skills are necessary for creation of estimates and billing.
Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment.
Track record of high personal productivity.
Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, etc.
May require experience in leading other, less qualified, technicians in vehicle repairs.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus.
