Audio-Visual Technician

Or,like the Infinity Stylus, one of the best-selling cameras in history.Center Valley, PA - The AV technician is responsible for supporting the engineering and design team in performing customer installations and post-installation support. The AV technician also assists in wiring, assembly, and testing of internally manufactured AV systems. Work with boom manufacturers and audiovisual providers to coordinate installations. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair EndoALPHA system, ALPHA OR products, and MP audiovisual products and subcomponents in-house, over-the-phone, and on-site as required. Prepare and disseminate technical bulletins. Provide installation and support at MP and SP trade shows. Perform other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED) A minimum of 2 years field service or field support experience is required. Solid working knowledge of electronics and audiovisual equipment is preferred. Must be able to work within an operating room environment. Must be able to interact with field personnel, management and customers. Must possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative and creativity. Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent organizational skills. Must be able to travel at a minimum of 40% and work flexible hours as required. An Associate's Degree or related knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
