Audio Field Technican

field service technician- AZ
Overall Duties
·Repair of televisions and other Consumer Electronic equipment
·Entry of data into computer system to finalize repair billing
·Providing feedback to management on product quality/repair issues.
·Attendance at any training required to maintain repair skills , including travel as needed.
·Monitoring parts inventory needs to effect quick repair in product categories as needed.
·Maintaining knowledge of various requirements by vendors for proper repair.Skills (required)
·Experience in repair of television products as well as other consumer electronics.
·Willingness to work on a wide range of product.·Basic electronic troubleshooting skills.
·Ability to follow-up and follow-through independently.·Understanding of the importance of providing extraordinary customer service.
·PC skills, ability to access web-based data and informationSkills (beneficial)·Customer service experience

This job is a full time position working 8am - 5pm M-F in Phoenix AZ area.. Pay for this job is based on productivity, with a minimum guarantee vs. incentive per unit based pay plan.
