Miele, widely acknowledged for more than a century as the industry leader of high quality domestic appliances and vacuum cleaners is looking to expand its family.Summary: Responsible for responding to customer and dealer locations to remove and install Miele products and the timely and thorough completion of documentation regarding to same.Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer locations to remove and install Miele products.
Leveling and connection of equipment to existing plumbing, gas and electrical utilities.
Instructing customers on the proper use of Miele products.
Organizing, maintaining and upkeep of company provided vehicle, tools, test equipment, computer and other items.
Complete and submit all work order and service documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain required parts inventory by ordering replacement parts as necessary and conducting inventories as required.
Perform installation related service calls.

6 months related experience and/or training, preferred
Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos in English
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, schematics, operation and maintenance manuals;
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Valid drivers license, insurable and in good standing required
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch; the employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
The employee is regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.We are a EOE M/F/D/V
