REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all types of people. Candidates must be self-motivated and have above average mechanical skills. Also necassary, a strong sales backround to quote, handle objections, sell services, and perform services/repairs on residential garage doors. Technicians utilize own truck, basic tools, and cell phone in this sub-contractor position to earn a yearly income of $50-$60K on average!
Some evening and weekend shifts are required.EXPERIENCE:Previous garage door industry experience is helpful but not required.Previous sales closing experience (not retail sales) is required.We will train the right candidates for this position.(OUR TOP REPRESENTATIVES HAD NO PRIOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!)ABOUT AMERICA'S CHOICE and AAA ALLSTATE OVERHEAD:
