i Series Programmer/Analyst
An immediate opportunity is available to become part of a growing worldwide company in the industrial coated fabrics and printing blanket markets.
This position is responsible for development, maintenance and support of AS/400 iSeries software applications for manufacturing, finance, HR/Payroll and EDI. This includes primary support of the Software Plus HR/Payroll system, and support of enhancements and upgrades to PRMS manufacturing and financials.
Additional areas covered include support of integrated plant network applications for bar coding, RF data collection and lot tracking. Requirements for this position include a degree in computer science or related field, with a minimum of two years experience in systems and programming. Experience with supporting packaged iSeries applications is a must; SQL Server and web interface skills are a plus. Successful candidates should have strong analytical and logic design skills and the ability to adapt to various systems and programming languages.
