Job Summary:
Under general supervision from GM staff and supervision from the efollett Operations and Marketing Manager, coordinates the production, maintenance, and implementation of Online Catalogs and Campus Shop merchandise working closely with efollett Coordinators and store personnel. Coordinates all aspects on managing online versions of print catalogs, direct contact with store networks, vendors and internal departments focusing on product and image coordination on efollett.com. Responsible for Campus Shop sales reporting.

Job Functions:
1. Evaluates and makes product assortment decisions to increase sales on campus shop websites.
2. Builds product descriptions and item attributes in efollett admin tool for 6,000+ items annually.
3. Coordinates flow of images and item descriptions from stores, GM vendors, professional photographer, catalog agency, College Sports Network (Third Party Online Partner), and home office personnel.
4. Coordinates and participates in JDA/MMS and efollett integration issues.
5. Posts all online catalog images to efollett image server and maintains database.
6. Manages and measures direct-from-vendor images program working with GM Planners and develops product descriptions using Master Apparel Assortment spreadsheet.
7. Communicates new item additions to stores and home office personnel.
8. Perpetually updates item details and merchandise web products in order to maintain accuracy and appearance of site.
9. Re-sizes and edits digital images for 375 online catalogs using image editing software
10. Maintains appearance, images, and item details of the efollett.com Custom Gifts web site.
11. Performs limited digital photography of merchandise for online catalogs.
12. Manages relationship with and image transfer and sale tracking on the College Sports Network web site.
13. Tests web site re-designs and new efollett applications as related to product assortments.
14. Tracks monthly online catalog sales for efollett and CSO.
15. Initiates changes in online catalog maintenance, merchandising, fulfillment, and online promotions.
16. Creates and implements image and online catalog production for partner IMS network.
17. Analyzes image and product description issues and provides solutions.
18. Serves as the technical liaison with GM and MMS IT teams to coordinate and work with the new MIU process to ensure correct information on store sites.

Reporting Relationships:
1. Reports to efollett Operations and Marketing Manager
2. Not responsible for supervising the work of others
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
' BA or AB in Business Administration, Marketing or Web Design-Graphics or Computer Science is preferred
' Experience in HTML 1 '2 yrs on-the-job training or certification
' Adobe Photoshop experience; 1-2 yrs on-the-job training or certification
' Desktop/Web Publishing experience (Macromedia Fireworks preferred) 1-2 yrs on-the-job training or certification
' Familiarity with Digital Photography
' Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, listening, verbal)
' Good design and graphic skills
' Self-starter, motivated, takes ownership
' Detail-oriented, able to think through all possible aspects of a situation
' Team player, results focused, organized
