eCommerce Data Admin

Overview Through the use of specialized processes and data administration applications, the eCommerce Data Admin is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day eCommerce related sales, marketing, and merchandising data requirements for established B2C Web sites. This is a hands-on role that involves working with data entry systems, database applications, spreadsheets, and mainframe merchandising and keycode systems.
The position requires both technical and interpersonal communication skills and the successful candidate will be able to organize and manage numerous daily business critical tasks and communicate across multiple business groups (Marketing, Inventory Control, Merchandising, and technical personnel).

Areas of Responsibility:
·Maintain/manage eCommerce inventory data including download/upload of inventory item setup files and maintenance of associated Internet catalogs and related data.
·Maintain/manage eCommerce transaction related data including maintenance for orders, catalog requests, and outbound add-on files.
·Maintain/manage inventory data for online marketing campaigns and assist marketing staff in the implementation and proper tracking of online marketing programs.
·Maintain/manage catalog system keycodes and trackable link code data entry for marketing campaign tracking and conversion reporting.
·Assist with product/catalog presentation/data QA and verification.
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with data administration and/or data entry with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.Additional background in catalogs, merchandising and direct marketing would be valuable.
Additional Requirements
·Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
·Proficient with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Access.
·Team player with superior communication skills.
·Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
