Website Coordinator

Purpose: JOB PURPOSE: Develop and administer a web based presence, customer email marketing using HTML for the marketing and maintenance of products and services of a top `Tier 1` communications company here in San Diego.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Market and promote e-commerce sites
-Serve as subject matter expert for e-business within team.
-Provide various levels of support, dealing with existing and future technologies and systems.
-Conduct business reviews to identify and define opportunities for improving services and processes.
-Provide project management and planning which includes design specifications, project scope, financial analysis, testing, user acceptance, quality assurance, implementation and utilization.
-Manage the change process while overseeing process improvements and system automation.
-Work with acquisition marketing team on online campaigns for local and national business
-Monitor and report usage statistics and e-commerce metrics.
-Professional web site design & layout including graphics, animation, sound, video.
-Catalog and write content and customer support documentation.
-QC and diagnose daily operations.
-Maintain consistent look of overall application and services.
-Coordinate efforts with product managers on projects, budgets and calendars for the most effective use of marketing and business resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-BS Computer Science or equivalent.
-Five year experience with computer software development or management.
-Working knowledge of basic web programming languages required? HTML, JavaScript; ASP, ASP.NET, and XML desirable
-Working knowledge of Email Marketing tactics
-Working knowledge of major graphics and MS Office applications.
-Basic knowledge of web analytics to track our customer behavior from email marketing pieces to the website and ultimately through our e-commerce process.
-Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulatory guidelines
-List filtering and list segmentation
-List scrubbing (sub/unsub)
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
