Webmaster/Creative Services Manager

Position Summary:
Coremetrics is the leading provider of on-demand web analytics and precision marketing solutions designed to help ecommerce businesses optimize their sites and their digital marketing initiatives. Coremetrics sole focus is to help optimize the world’s leading eCommerce sites, the Webmaster/Creative Services manager will be responsible for reaching this sophisticated audience and is an extremely important role for the company.
Specifically, the Webmaster/Graphic Designer is responsible for site content, functionality, design, and maintenance, as well as working with the Coremetrics Search Marketing team on search engine optimization, and the lead generation team on online campaigns. The candidate will leverage Coremetrics award winning analytics for tracking web results. In addition, this candidate is also responsible for creating electronic and print marketing and sales materials such as email campaigns, brochures, sell sheets, and ads.

The candidate for this role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and must be a self-motivated, technically adept person comfortable working with web applications and design tools. The qualified applicant will be not only be technically and design proficient but also have superior project management and print production experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements:

•Bachelors degree
•3+ years of experience in a marketing department executing creative services and web projects
•Proven expertise to update and maintain corporate sites and ensure proper viewing across multiple platforms
•Experience creating both email and print marketing and sales materials. Portfolio must demonstrate the ability to create clean, attractive, user-friendly, professional designs
•Ability to execute the email campaigns and knowledge of setting them up to integrate with salesforce.com reporting
•Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple projects within tight timeframes
•Thorough understanding of web standards and advanced knowledge of PHP, DHTML, Dreamweaver, Flash, JavaScript, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Quark XPress and Photoshop
•Experience with web analytics products (such as Coremetrics) and paid search marketing required
•Detailed, accurate, and thorough
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability and willingness to learn new skills when a project demands it
