Web/Marketing Publisher Coordinator

Purpose: Our client, located in San Ramon, CA, is in search of a Web/Marketing Publisher. This person will be assisting in raising $3.9 Million dollars for the community; Accomplished via web campaigns.

Overall scope/purpose of the position: Provide assistance in managing a virtual team; Customer service is key.

Responsibilities:
* In addition to providing great customer service, the most important responsibility of this role will be web publishing. This involves taking content and updating web pages that already have a format
*Update web pages utilizing software such as Dreamweaver and maintaining company standards. There will not be a lot of web design involved, but rather the implementation of web content
* Maintain an access database and possibly create reports
* The selected candidate will be updating their Electronic Tool Kit from the production server and publishing current web pages. No server maintenance will be required
* Executive administrative duties blended in with the other responsibilities

Competencies/Requirements:
* This is very much a PC Oriented position and the resource must be very IT experienced
* Candidate must be proficient in Dreamweaver for web publishing.
* Project management skills are needed to build timelines and update projects.
* Candidate should have strong event management skills (meeting planning skills organizing events, sending out meeting notices.)

* MS Project
* MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Flash experience preferred
* HTML is a plus

Required soft-skills/personality characteristics:
* Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills is required
* The client is looking for someone that is 'pro-active' and anticipates different directions of focus
* Must have strong communication skills and ability to problem solve without manager's involvement
* Candidate should be able to work independently as well as be a strong team player
* Strong verbal/written/communication
