Web Developer and Usability Specialist

Purpose: Our client, a forward-thinking software development company, is searching for a Web Developer/Designer to hire as a full time employee.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of their website design work which shows a focus on usability.
We are also looking for someone who has experience in application design and development. Ideal technologies would be java on the backend and XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JSP etc for the front end. The design work is mostly being done in Adobe products.

Our client is looking for someone to grow with the company as they evolve into an industry leader. They would like someone who can develop from a "user perspective" and design with a "user flow".

Also, one of the most important aspects of this position is someone who has a passion for their work, and a will to get the job done.
