Web Content/Systems Administrator

Purpose: Our client, located in San Ramon, CA, is in search for a Web/Systems administrator.

This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining our client?s website, web applications and other web related content. Responsibilities include maintaining processes for publishing updates to the web, and ensuring changes adhere to corporate Intranet Page Layout Standards. The position also supports internal financial application and other web applications. In addition to IT and Web application support, this position will also act as an IP Compliance Champion and Coordinator, which includes Information Protection, Data Privacy, and Intellectual Property Compliance components. Successful candidate should have strong IT, web application, Access database, SAP, and organizational skills.

Essential Position Functions:

-Intranet Process owner which includes project management, maintenance and administration of our client?s website. This includes finance application in conjunction with Access table development, form maintenance, and Crystal Reports. Maintain user access to the financial application web reports and eventually coordinate the transition of financial application Access to the .NET platform.
-Security group administrator for SAP, file servers, shared drive, Ariba, and Workwell, which is a computer based system to comply with Operational Excellence standards.
-Information Protection (IP) Champion and Coordinator. This includes developing a plan to monitor inventory, applications, hosts (servers), infrastructure (connectivity), and databases for compliance. Monitor information protection testing for all current employees, new hires, and contractors that have access to internal systems. Communicate new procedures issued by the IT group, such as badge rollouts or password elimination to internal employees and contractors. This also includes the deployment and maintenance of client?s Privacy of Information and Intellectual Property Compliance processes.
-IT Technical Administrator. This would include performing computer set-ups for offices and laptops and assisting personnel with technical computer related issues. Ensuring that guest offices and laptops contain latest GIL updates, and installing printers and monitors for San Ramon staff as needed.
