Web Content Manager

The job -
Web Content Manager needed for fast-growing Denver global headquarters. The ideal candidate will manage online content and oversee the growth and development of a nationwide network of local chapter sites.

Job Description-
Manage all company web site content with ideas to improve visitor experience.
Analyze and provide reports on traffic analytics and contribute to marketing strategies that drive traffic.
Improve organic search results by implementing optimization techniques.
Serve as the primary operational contact for the local chapters. Hold periodic status meetings and author weekly production status reports.
Manage deadlines to ensure successful and timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Create and modify web pages using our content management system (CMS) to maintain the content for the client. Train others to use the CMS.
Maintain consistency in the layout of all pages according to design standards.
Work with our internal and external technology resources to develop, upgrade and improve functionality and features.
Collaborate with marketing team to improve web site content, marketing results and stats reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.
Strong marketing and customer relationship experience.
Ability to work independently or under only general direction.
Willingness and ability to work and lead in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Excellent skills with MS Office Suite and Access.
At least 2 years of experience building, creating and modifying web pages.
Expert knowledge of, and experience coding in, HTML and CSS.
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and multimedia tools.
Ability to learn. Candidate must show they can adapt to the rapidly changing technology landscape.
Great work ethic.
Experience with Cold Fusion MX, DHTML, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript and Flash preferred, but not required.
