Web Analyst

Purpose: Technical Analyst Location: Bloomington, IL Start: September 25th, 2006 Length: Yearly Renewable Contracts, W2 only
Position: Technical Analyst Web Server/Unix Administration
Interview: Meet TEKsystems Representative, 1 phone interview w/ client
Other: Drug test and background test required.


Job Description
The Technical Professional will be providing consulting, remote change implementation, remote device configuration/administration and remote incident management for a large enterprise system infrastructure. Issues will be escalated from Level I helpdesk in order to apply UNIX concepts, principals, processes or architecture in troubleshooting web server failures and issues including but not limited to ?no access? and TAR incidents, ?not allowed? and socket errors.
Technical Requirements
-Unix/AIX 5.2 and 5.3
-Websphere or Web Server Experience
-Basic J2EE knowledge

Non-Technical Requirements
The Technical Professional must be 100% committed to making a 1 year minimum commitment to the project. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
