Our in-house agency is expanding and looking for a WEBMASTER / PROGRAMMER to join our team. You will be delivering a flow of ideas to 4 or so websites in various market sectors and countries.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A bright, highly motivated Web Developer who will help keep our business growing and contribute immediately to the design and production of ongoing interactive projects.

-- Good interpersonal skills working with our CIO and Web Editor.

-- Develop web strategy and actively manage the day-to-day functioning of sites.

-- Ability to convert creative and design concepts into attractive, load-optimized web interfaces using light, clean code and high-quality images.


WHAT YOU DO:
Design, develop and manage web interfaces and applications for website strategy and design, user interface design, information architecture and development of interaction techniques. Duties include updating, designing and implementing web products (both static and dynamic) and perform day-to-day administration of web portfolio.

-- Collaborate with the Creative Group to create the visual look and feel of upcoming interfaces

-- Develop concepts, storyboards and present ideas – manage project plans and schedules.

-- Create user-centered designs including interfaces, navigation, layout and artwork.

-- Complete weekly multiple site changes in content and graphics in a timely manner.

-- Work with Technology Manager to define features, interface development, and functionally.

-- Transform functionality into screen mockups and beta development sites.

-- Code, test, debug and implement application system upgrades and enhancements.


WHAT’S REQUIRED:
Responsibilities include light data driven web application development, design and deployment of dynamic ASP and ASP.NET web sites, development of XML driven Flash applications, and provision of changes to existing XML driven Flash applications.

-- B.S. Degree in Computer Programming, information Systems and / or Graphic Design.

-- At least 3+ years post graduation experience designing, developing and managing high-end, dynamic, cross-browser compatible, high-traffic, web interfaces for high-profile B2C and/or B2B enterprises.

-- Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, Macromedia Flash 5 or higher, Flash MX 2004, Flash Action Script, Dynamic XML driven Flash application, Flash Video(FLV), Encoding & Streaming Video/Audio, Macromedia Fireworks,

-- Dreamweaver MX and Homesite software and relational database integration and maintenance including MS SQL Server, MS Access, Java Script, ASP, PHP, CSS, SSL, ASP.NET, WS-FTP, XML, MS Visual InterDev, MS Visual SourceSafe.

-- Search Engine Optimization skills including DeepMetrix, Webtrends etc.

-- Proficiency with transactional e-commerce shops including credit card processing functionalities.

-- Proficient with PhotoShop and Illustrator.

-- A demonstrated understanding of copy/design integration, typography and interactive design.
