WEB MASTER /GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Citation is looking for a self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented web master / graphic designer who is ready for a challenge and able to handle deadline-driven tasks.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the web sites. Ensure the Web site content is current, correct and consistent.
Design logos and graphics for various projects.
Develop sales and marketing related newsletters, proposals, presentations, brochures, collaterals, etc.
Find and initiate ways to generate buzz and increase traffic to the custom web sites.
Generate Web site reports, write technical user guides & training materials for all responsible parties.


Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Adobe products like Photoshop, Flash, Acrobat and Dreamweaver, Microsoft products like Front Page and Word, Microsoft Windows environment and IIS.
Must have strong design, layout and typography skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Courteous and positive attitude is required


Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science or related field.Minimum 3-years Web site design and graphic design experience
