Looking for an enthusiastic Software Programmer with expertise in VoiceXML, Audium, and Advanced Speech Recognition IVR solutions to join our rapidly expanding CTI solutions team. As an IVR Software Engineer, you will have hands-on exposure to a wide range of technologies. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to meet the various needs of our clients. You will enjoy involvement in the full-life-cycle of an implementation project, while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process. You will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results. Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze business requirements to identify risks and design appropriate solutions
Collaborate with functional consultants to write design specifications
Develop solutions to implement client-specific interfaces, call flows, and speech requirements
Develop and assess the capabilities and limitations of the applications and technologies and recommend alternatives and solutions
Provide guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on such issues as performance, scalability, reliability, and security





Required Skills/Experience:



2+ years experience in IVR design and development
2+ years experience in VoiceXML IVR technologies
JAVA,J2EE, .NET JSP, ASP, Perl, etc.
XML
1+ year experience in Audium development
Experience in developing advanced speech applications
Ideal candidate will have experience with ScanSoft and Nuance speech engines/tools with emphasis on ScanSoft.

User Interface (UI) design
Grammar development .Usability
Experience with web technology and application server design is a plus

Traditional IVR platforms such as Intervoice, Edify, or Nortel
Database management system such as Oracle or SQL Server
Creating design documents and executing test plans
