Usability Analyst

Purpose: The employee will serve as a usability practitioner utilizing various techniques to gather user input and feedback and work directly with end users, IT management, project teams, and design experts to ensure the user's experience is represented in the product development. They must also be able to understand the user's work activities and interactions with the application to complete work tasks, document specific user feedback, apply standards, and recommend design modifications.

The most qualified candidate will have a minimum three years related experience, in an application development, design, usability, or process analysis organization. Any background in Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash, etc. is a plus. Personal competencies include problem solving, leadership, adaptability, organizational skills, management skills, self-development, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in MIS or Business
