Tier 3 Unix Support - PERM - Day hours, no shifts

Tier 3 support role, GREAT company, Great pay and great benefits! These are PERMANENT positions. Day hours no shift work. Need strong Unix/Sun experience, good attitude!

Duties:
Troubleshoot issues escalated to Tier 3 as they relate to your area of expertise
Follow all documented procedures related to the position
Maintain turnover and ownership of current workload
Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions
Participate in special projects within and outside of Global Client Services as necessary
Always work on improving knowledge base as it relates to the product offerings
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
Team Player

Detailed working knowledge of Solaris
Sun Hardware configurations
Storage devices and options
Veritas
Experience in script writing
Working knowledge of Apache, networks and setting up domains and clusters
