Test Integration Analyst

The Test Integration Analyst is responsible for ensuring that proper testing is performed at all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements definition to validating design and final coding. They work closely with Process and Technical Team members providing consulting services utilizing their testing and development expertise. They are ultimately responsible for the creation and execution of Integration and Regression test cases and evaluating test results to determine compliance with test plans and established business processes.

Through accurate test case validation the Test Integration Analyst can reduce the mean time to repair for the organization, and ensure that systems and processes are available to conduct business.
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of combined application development and/or business process experience
Understands complex conceptual and technical issues
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of management
Understands complex conceptual and technical issues, demonstrates ERP configuration and customization expertise in one or more functions within a module
Seeks and understands current best and worst practices throughout industry for products and service
Ability to work on cross process teams.
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Expertise in configuration or development of one or more SAP process areas
Strong understanding of the SAP Landscape and all integration points
Must be proactive and able to work with little or no supervision.
