Telephony Analysis

This is a 3 month contract opportunity in the Duluth area.Candidate Must Have:
1.Install and support Avaya PBX and voicemail system that includes: S8700, Definity G3r, G3si, Intuity Audix, and Octel Messaging.2. Provide support on BCMS, CMS and ECS for call center.
3. Perform Move/Add and change on PBX.
REQUIREMENTS
4.At least 3 to 5 years of basic telecommunication experience.
5.Basic knowledge of wiring or cross connecting telephones. Example: 110 blocks, 66 blocks, punch down tools
6.Basic Call Center knowledge. Ex: ACD, Agent setup, CTI, Hunt Group, etc
7.Have some knowledge about Voice Mail systems. They don’t have to know our current systems but have work with voice mail before. Example: Octel, Audix,
8. Have some knowledge of Trunks, Circuits, T1’s, PRI’s, DS1 etc
9. Strong computer skills
10.Good people skills
11.Can work in a fast past environment.
12.Can travel to other locations (Athens, Gainesville) 2 times a month13.install software14.switch and cabling ( backbone cabling) Like what is a T1 and PRI and DSL and Trunks And Circuits How to wire a jack?
