Telecommunication Specialist - Henderson (5598)

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of CA clients. We are currently looking for a Telecom Specialist to join our team in Henderson, NV.Job Responsibilities:

Ensure design proposals meet customer needs.

Monitor implementation for technical correctness to ensure customer needs are met.

Troubleshoot problems associated with telephone switches, PBX, or telephones.

Interface w/third party vendors for product support on Interactive Voice Response, Call Accounting, CTI, and Voice Mail Systems. Maintains and repairs Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

Complete associate internal moves, adds or changes in a timely, efficient manner. May include software programming, cross connect changes, and hardware moves.

Respond to trouble calls as assigned by upper level Telecommunications associates.

Assist in major real estate moves for assigned locations.

As assigned, contact outside vendors and coordinates installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

Distribute phone numbers to on-line phonebooks and telephone operators.Required Skills:

2+ years of telecom experience.

Experience working in a complex telecom environment.Desired Skills:

Healthcare backgroundMinimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
