Telecom Analyst

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and 2+ years experience providing support for Cisco Call Manger PBX and Unity Voice mail is required. Qualified candidates should have a strong consultative focus with a proven track record supporting complex telephony solutions, including experience with Cisco, and intermediate knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Exchange.

Will be responsible for the design, stability and integrity of our multifaceted telephony systems.

Accountable for the plan, design and coordination of major telecommunications projects while monitoring, providing maintenance and support for all corporate phone systems.

Assists in the management of the voice network while implementing change control and documentation processes.

Resident expert that troubleshoots and solves complex customer issues that have been escalated internally.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, be self-driven and able to work with limited supervision. Experience with deploying a VOIP system and a strong working knowledge of IP networking is a required. Solid networking skills are required with a CCNA minimum certification necessary.
