Technology Support Technician Intern

Florida Health Care Plans is seeking a Technology Support Technician Intern for the Holly Hill facility.



Respond to computer problem tickets created by our help desk system.
Provide complete documentation for solutions as provided.
Analyze and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems.
Perform hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
Assist in maintaining a company-wide software and hardware inventory.
Answer questions relating to software and hardware installation, maintenance, and daily use.
Perform annual cleaning and maintenance of computer equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various facilities required.</li.
Knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations a plus.
Skills and experience with a variety of computer hardware, operating systems, and software a plus.
Skills and experience servicing and maintaining computer hardware a plus.
Written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work with a team.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software problems.
Organizational skills including paper documentation, daily logs, scheduling, etc.
Time management and prioritizing skills.
Must be able to handle more than one project, job, task, and/or duty at one time.
Must possess keen problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be well organized with strong attention to detail.
