Technology Lead

BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The Emerging Markets team is looking for a consultant with experience in website navigation/maintenance, video teleconference coordination and system administration with general IT competency. Project management experience and familiarity of US government or international relations processes and policies desired. Must possess strong presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills. Ability to problem-solve, juggle multiple tasks in a high speed, high profile environment is a must. Interest in Middle East affairs is a plus and opportunity exists to expand responsibilities.Responsibilities:
The individual will work for BearingPoint and its client (a high profile USG agency) on the Middle East, providing technology, communications, and project management support. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain websites, coordinate video teleconference, perform system administration, manage operations of facility with communication and audio-visual technology capability, and interface with client technical counterparts.Requirements:
Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience, preferable with a USG department/ agency
Bachelors degree or higher
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Microsoft Groove and PortalX familiarity a plus
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff, including excellent skills in verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Interest in Middle East affairs a plus
Possession or eligibility for a Secret-level or above security clearance
