Technology Coordinator

We are looking for a Technology Coordinator, responsible for configuring and supporting client computing (desk side) throughout the organization. This position manages PC provisioning by issuing computers to staff, configuring computers to established standards, and maintaining desktop computers that are deployed throughout the organization. Responsibilities may include client standards (image development, operating system and SMS packaging). Support includes application technical support/troubleshooting, Technical Service Desk support, AHA event support and MS software configuration support. This position will work closely with the Technology Support Desk in partnership for service delivery.
Specific Responsibilites include:
1.Delivers client computing deployment and support for organizational efficiency in keeping with customer service for client computing.2.Provides technical provisioning for new staff.
3.Coordinates support implementation for AHA events as established by AHA business requirements.
4. Responds within Service Level Agreement for Desktop Management.
5.Demonstrates and leads a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets and/or exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; makes customer issues a priority.
6.Strategizes with TC team on operational efficiencies, new tools and/or processes needed.
7.Identifies common issues and trends. Provides input to supervisor.
8.Maintains all client computing standards.
9.Provides coverage as needed to insure support delivery during a team member’s PTO or any other reason of unavailability.10.Manages client OS, application installation and client troubleshooting.
11.Participates on projects as assigned.
12.Adheres to all TCS and department policy, processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent technical school and experience are required.
2.One year related Information Technology experience is required.
3.Experience providing remote IT support for multiple sites is required.
