Technical Writer III

As a Technical Writer, you will:Author technical documentation and create training materials in support of ADP Dealer Services software applications. Research requirements for product use, deployment, and technical support. Perform detailed planning and tracking. Practice disciplined project management. Coordinate and partner successfully with other developers, disciplines, and departments. Produce concise, accurate, effective and compelling deliverables for complex processes and subject matter. In this position you will produce end-user and technical support documentation as well as training deliverables for complex, interrelated, transactional and reporting systems that incorporate multiple technologies.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualified candidates will have:Experience using RoboHelp (or equivalent), Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Flash and similar tools. 5-9 years' experience developing online help, printed documentation, and training materials. Ability to perform detailed planning and complete work to plan. Strong ability to communicate both conceptual and procedural information. Database experience a plus. Experience with data reporting, manipulation, and visualization a plus.
