Technical Writer

Purpose: Our client, a leading manufacturer of Atomic Force Microscopes, is looking for a TECHNICAL WRITER.

SUMMARY:

Plan, organize and write a complete set of manuals for a new product. The manuals are to be used by or client's customers and field personnel to safely install, operate and maintain their semiconductor capital equipment.

SPECIFICS:

Use the existing set of templates, guidelines and standards to prepare a complete set of manuals for a new product. work with subject matter experts to define, create and collect supporting documentation (e.g. illustrations, drawings, schematics, bills of materials, design specifications), verify and prepare the information needed for publication.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

AA Degree, or equivalent, and five years professional writing experience in a technical writing environment in the semiconductor capital equipment or related industry. Working knowledge of Windows based word processor software used to prepare technical publications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Classification:ContractCompensation:
