Technical Trainer for Law Firm

Purpose: A large downtown law form is looking for a technical trainer with an expertise of the Microsoft office suite on a contractual basis. The position will rotate between classroom training in a wide variety of Microsoft and law firm-specific applications.
The qualified candidate will have:
5+ years experience in technical support
3+ year of classroom technical training experience
Experience in course design and the ability to develop courseware.
Law Firm experience is an absolute MUST.
Experience supporting Blackberries and remote access technologies is a big plus.
