Technical Systems Analyst

Multiple openings for experience Technical Systems Analysts with a strong Technical background. Qualified candidates will have experience reviewing Business Requirements and creating Functional Specifications, including USE Cases and Workflow Diagrams. Responsibilities will include;
Communicating potential systems impacts based on analysis of the business requirement data.
Identifying data and data sources required for the fulfillment of a solution.
Extensively writing and updating Functional Use Cases and Workflow Diagrams for effective documents.
Writing/creating Functional Specifications documents with supporting USE Case Diagrams and Traceability Matrices.
Assisting the technical team in understanding and developing the appropriate functionality.
Participating in design review to ensure the integration of all requirements.
Liason between the Business and IS groups.
Reviewing/Analyzing Test Scripts and Data to ensure Functional Requirements have been covered.

REQUIREMENTS
For immediate consideration, please submit a current resume which demonstrates the following professional experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst. Must have strong Systems Analysis (technical side) skills.
Experience with determining impacts on applications based on changes to the business requirements.
Experience with USE Cases and Traceability Matrices (or the concept of mapping).
Solid understanding of business relationships, business requirements, IS requirements, technical solutions, system level integration plans and test plans.
Must have experience gathering user requirements and creating technical documentation.
Experience with Visio and/or process flow diagrams is necessary.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience using MS Office Suite and MS Project.
Prior experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Previous C++ programming or development (analytical) experience a strong plus, including experience with GUI interfaces.
Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, GUI interfaces and Requirements Definition is a strong plus!
