COMSYS is currently seeking a Technical Support Represenitive for a contract position located in Reston, VA, the position is a six month long project with strong possibility of going longer.
Job Description:Technical Support Representative I is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, inclding identifying user errors, unit issues, RF abnormatlities & network related problems. Responsible for maintaining the troubleshooting process.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:CCNA preferred, candidate must be clearable , selected candidate must have security package submitted by agency. Candidate must have an exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
