Technical Services Data Base Administrator Starting Salary: $64,207 - $80,259 annual Develop and implement standards and strategies for managing Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases relevant to Energy Management System (EMS) and Maintenance Data System (MDS). Plan, organize and oversee the integration of those systems. Develop and maintain in house software consisting of Member Billing, Energy Reporting/ Analysis, EMS Data Archive Systems and MDS Data Systems. BS Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of work experience in: - Siemens Empower Spectrum Energy Management System - Maintenance Data Management System - Oracle SQL *Plus, PL/SQL, Forms - Microsoft SQL Server - ODBC connectivity - Microsoft Basic, Visual Basic, Access - Java Ability to create simple UNIX scripts and to use and understand facilities of Windows NT/2000 operating system General knowledge of energy storage methods Detailed knowledge of how energy and calculated data is stored in the EMS Oracle databases Detailed knowledge of how maintenance data is stored Microsoft SQL Server databases Ability to provide Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database administration Strong communications, presentation and team- work skills desired.
