Deloitte's Systems Integration (SI)
area drives the design and implementation of custom software solutions and related advisory services.  Systems Integration is focused on four key offerings: design & development of custom business solutions, custom extensions to enterprise applications, testing strategy, support & design services and the migration of legacy technology to open architectures.the diverse types of content in enterprises.
Managers successfully manage multiple engagements while executing a client service plan in a manner that meets the commitments, anticipates potential problems, and avoids surprises.  They actively identify, pursue, and participate in complex proposal development, and close service opportunities with existing and new clients.  They supervise the work of other Oracle Practice professionals and effectively delegate responsibilities to staff to enhance their professional growth and develop mentoring relationships with multiple staff personnel. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of relevant
industry or consulting experience required
- Understanding of Oracle's product line; RDBMS, Application or Application Server suite of products
- Understand our client's business needs and how to apply technology to address their issues
- Be able to perform analytic evaluation of a client's Oracle installation
- Assessment of potential client's situation and consulting opportunities
- Serve as primary interface with client and D&T leadership
- Develop work plan and ensure completion of milestones
- Determines strategic technology alternatives to assist clients in meeting objectives
- Execute client service plans in a manner that ensures that commitments are met, potential problems anticipated, and surprises avoided
- Take responsibility to influence, support, and implement decisions in order to effectively solve business problems
- Responsible for managing project strategy, objectives and scope, staffing, billing, and collections Seek opportunities to assist with target client marketing efforts
- Manage small to mid-size teams
- Maintain effective counseling relationships
- Lead meetings/presentations with potential clients
- Interview potential candidates and be involved in the decision making process
- Ability to navigate around a database to retrieve data
- Able to effectively communicate business needs into detailed design documents
- Regional travel is expected, additional travel will vary with the scope of the project(s).
