Technical Lead - One Schwab

Group ObjectiveRPS Design and Engineering (RPS D&E) works with business partners to
support the definition and prioritization process of new initiatives
for RPS. The members of RPS D&E will lead these initiatives through
the development process.
Job DescriptionProvide technical leadership for OneSchwab initiatives. This will
include: interacting regularly with the business team to define the
deliverables of the team and tracking the progress once these
deliverables have been defined; interviewing and building a technical
team to design and implement a quality solution that meets the
requirements; lead the design and development process to completion;
ensure there is adequate support for the products delivered. This
individual should have: broad experience in development of scalable
and reliable customer facing web applications; experience with all of
the necessary components including user interface, web services,
database, security, performance analysis, etc.; broad experience in
the development process from gathering requirements, designing the
solution, planning the deployment, and communicating status.Technical/Functional Qualifications6+ years of web application development; Experience with: MSSQL, MS
Visual Studio, IIS, MS Project, MS Visio, UML.Critical Success Factors A proven track record of leading a team to deliver high
quality software within the constraints of the project.
Excellent communication skills that allow this individual to
interact successfully and autonomously with technology and
business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment based on broad
