Technical Lead Developer

We are looking for a professional developer who enjoys working with new technologies, who wants to be the go to person, who loves to teach and learn. Our developers work in a fun environment utilizing current technologies, but we have room for one more exceptional person. This position will be located in Champaign, IL. Our address is 4105 Fieldstone Road, Champaign, IL 61822.The Lead Developer will operate as the senior technical advisor and lead developer in regards to our software applications in our mixed environments (Microsoft, DB2 and Oracle).

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
•Self-motivated, a quick learner and able to work with a minimum of supervision in a team environment.
•Strong knowledge in Applications Development and in one or more development environments (examples- Visual Studio, SQL Server, .Net, ASP.Net, C#, Java, Oracle Forms, etc.).
•5+ years of progressively more complex experience in the design and development of complex business applications in the internet environments.
•Proven ability and experience in the development and integration of complex business applications utilizing Web Services, SOA and in their implementation in the internet environments.
•Degree in Computer MIS/CS or related field, or equivalent work experience, with technical leadership experience.
