Technical InstallerPosition Description

Responsible for the technical installation and support of the Paragon product. This includes setting up the Microsoft SQL Server databases, installing the software, both server and workstation and ensuring the system is operational for the application installer to start their work. Responsible for the loading, running and debugging of all conversion software and issues that may arise for the conversion. The Technical Installer will be the main contact for technical issues which will include diagnosis, troubleshooting and debugging of problems that arise during the product?s installation process.Experience and Education Requirements:Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL2000 and Windows2000 is required. Must have strong technical troubleshooting, analytical and organizational skills. Need to have working knowledge Excel, Word, and ideally MS Project.Must be willing to travel up to 10%. Needs to work well both independently and as a team member, with demonstrated speaking, and communication skills.Location: CharlotteMinimum Requirements

4+ years experience providing technical support to product support teams, field engineers and technicians. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL2000 and Windows2000 is required.
