Responsibilities:
• 24/7 Monitoring of Americatel Services and Critical Systems
• Work with all Americatel trouble ticket systems
• Opens, follows up and updates tickets in the following areas:
• Americatel products, Wholesale carriers, PSTN circuits and routes
• Transmission facilities, Internet Access, routing and switching equipment
• Miami Teleport Facilities and Support systems
• Updates customers and/or corresponding departments on tickets opened
• Troubleshooting for any detected alarm or facilities issues
• Administration of Corporate PBX, VoiceMail and Video Conference System
• Acknowledge Phone Fraud Detection system alarms, block over the limit and fraud calls and investigate CDR's
• Answer customer calls after hours and on weekends
• Controls access to building after hours and on weekends
REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma, Associate Degree in Computers or equivalent.
• Experience in technical customer support is desirable.
• Able to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Fast learner and versatile person able to acquire new responsibilities and knowledge upon short notices.
• Must be bilingual
