Additional responsibilities include reseach and development of new internet technologies and liaison coordination with other support teams. The qualified candidate should be able to assess technical internet related issues and recommend solutions.Knowledge and Skills Must have 2 or more years experience of installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting Apache Web Server on Linux. Two or more years Linux (preferably Red Hat) operating systems experience. Working knowledge of internet technologies. Linux/Unix shell scripting experience is helpful. Rotational pager support required. Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Do you have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience? Do you have at least 1 year of project management experience? Do you have any relatives who work for UPS or any of its subsidiares? Are you a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer? Are you willing to work in Timonium, Maryland? Do you have at least one year of experience with Microsoft Office?
