Tech Support with SQL and EDI

Tech Support Engineer will work as part of a team responsible for trouble-shooting and problem resolution for SQL and EDI electronic data messaging and web-based applications which support supply chain software solutions and highly technical eCommerce corporate solutions. REQUIREMENTS
Strong MS-SQL database; SQL queries and experience writing stored procedures, table structures, database joins and trouble shooting DB issues is required XML, HTML and good understanding of web-based technology is preferred Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts as necessary Good analytical ability with SQL databases, EDI and data transmission issues and troubleshooting ability; genuine ability with technology and eagerness to learn new technologies. Experience with eCommerce, Supply Chain concepts, purchasing and procurement Knowledge, logistics, Java, Javascript, Rational Clear Case and Clear Quest is also a plus. BS or AAS in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field is preferred
