Team Lead - PowerTrak (Be our technical expert!)

If you're a PowerTrak expert with experience in healthcare, we need you for a leadership position in our West Valley City office. This role offers unmatched autonomy and flexibility, not to mention the chance to work for the originators of PowerTrak, a leading medical bill review software.





Key responsibilities include:


Providing direct client support for PowerTrak application users

Supervising a team of eight Product Support Technicians, and monitoring staff performance and productivity

Reporting on departmental progress and adherence to established metrics

Working to maintain a positive, cohesive work environment

Serving as the point-of-contact for escalated client issues

Developing an understanding of client needs, and tailoring software support appropriately

Playing an active role in release and application testing


Job Requirements:

Solid PowerTrak experience is required, as is an insurance background in property/casualty and workman's comp. Management, training and implementation experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a solid sense of confidence. Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential.
