Team Lead - Delivery Services

Position will be hands-on and involve supervision of 3-5 staff personnel responsible for desktop application packaging for the enterprise using Wise Package Studio and Novell ZenWorks. Person is also responsible for ensuring that Microsoft Security Updates and McAfee Virus Management updates are deployed to end-user workstations. Duties include process development, process execution, training, performance monitoring, and management.


Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS3+ years recent experience in a supervisory position.3+ years experience in process development, and process execution.3+ years experience in personnel training, and performance monitoring.3+ years experience supporting an end-user computing environment.3+ years experience maintaining Microsoft Security updates.3+ years experience maintaining Virus Security Management on workstations.3+ years experience with Windows XP/2000.3+ years experience with Novell.Requires excellent Communication, Customer Service, Organization, and Time Management Skills.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS1+ years experience with Novell ZenWorks.1+ years experience with Desktop Packaging (Wise or other Tools).
