TIBCO Product Specialist--Developer

Seeking a professionally experienced middleware/TIBCO Product Specialist to provide full life-cycle development for middleware/TIBCO application development in distributed EAI environments. The candidate will be working in a team environment to enhance and support distributed banking systems. As a TIBCO Product Specialist--Developer with U.S. Bank, you will:


Work on a team responsible for promoting middleware/TIBCO technology adoption across the enterprise.

Implement application specific solutions using middleware/TIBCO software products.

Lead and teach others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training.

Document guidelines, best practices and lessons learned.

Participate in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions.

Job Requirements

A senior level software developer/architect with in-depth expertise in the software design, development, and implementation of B2B and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions using middleware/TIBCO software products, including BusinessWorks, InConcert, Business Connect, IntegrationManager, Enterprise Message Service, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters and HAWK.

That you are well versed in middleware/TIBCO architecture and implementation solutions and possess the ability to administer and configure middleware/TIBCO products under various platforms.

Good skills in software development lifecycle, database knowledge, and SQL experience.

That you are highly motivated with good written and oral communication skills.

A proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects on time.
A College Degree in Computer Science or related degree.

A strong middleware/TIBCO application development background.

2+ years of TIBCO development experience, including experience with 3 or more of the following TIBCO products: TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BusinessConnect, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO Integration manager, TIBCO InConcert, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO BusinessProcessManagement is ideal.

Experience working with databases including JDBC and SQL is desirable.

Experience developing Web based applications.

Full lifecycle experience including, analysis, design, code, test and deployment.

Application development, production implementation, and production support.

Credit Card and Banking knowledge a plus.

Good verbal and written communications required.

Rational Rose, ClearCase, WSAD, WebSphere knolwedge is a plus.

Other Middleware/EAI experience is a plus. Including MQ Series, WebMethods, Socin, BizTalk, etc.
