As a TIBCO with U.S. Bank, you will:


Be well versed in TIBCO architecture and implementation solutions.

Have good skills in web development lifecycle, database knowledge, and SQL experience.

Implement application specific solutions using TIBCO software products.

Lead and teach others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training.

Document guidelines, best practices and lessons learned.

Participate in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions.

Be highly motivated with good written and oral communication skills.
Have a proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects on time.
Job Requirements
While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:


A senior level software developer/architect with in-depth expertise in the software design, development, and implementation of B2B and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions using TIBCO software products, including BusinessWorks, Integration Manager, Enterprise Message Service, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters, Repository, and HAWK.

3 years Integration Manager, 3 years Rendezvous, 2 years ADB, 1 year Hawk, 2 years Business Works.

Strong skills in development life cycle.

Java skills (5+years).

Skills in AIX, SQL (UDB), and Rational Products are a plus.
