Systems Support

Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking a Systems Support professional to be responsible for providing quality technical systems support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness. This position will acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery as well as develop, define, and communicate user/technical service policies for software and hardware products supported. This position will act as product liaison for major products, working with other corporate departments and third-party vendors/developers, to solve technical issues as needed as well as be the support for initially implemented very complex and/or highly visible systems applications problems. This position may assist in examining commercially available and forthcoming industry technologies related to an area of expertise to determine whether or not technology will support present and planned systems requirements.
