Systems Engineer / Client Services Trainer (senior level)
OVERVIEW
The senior level Client Services Trainer/Systems Engineer has the overall responsibility for supporting external and internal clients primarily through hierarchy/organization consultation and creation of customized training activities for ComplianceWire. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client Services Trainer/Senior Systems Engineer is EduNeering's subject matter expert and has the overall responsibility for supporting external and internal clients primarily through hierarchy/organization consultation and creation. This position reports to the Vice President of Professional Services. Requires 60% domestic travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include (but are not limited to) the following:
Work with the Deployment Manager and client to consult on organizing and building client initial and expanding hierarchies, including:
Requirement workshops.
Building and creating hierarchies (demo sites, establishing internal and external guidelines for demo site activities/timelines).
Creation of “best practices” tools and methodologies for hierarchy/organization consulting (e.g. requirements workshop or kickoff meeting activities/templates, creating standard or core verbiage for proposals/work orders, relevant slides, delivery handbook, etc.).
Lead team member to create and set standards for delivering these services as part of our overall professional delivery services.
Lead team member to create and set standards for delivering these services as part of our overall professional delivery services.Support the sales team in pre-sales activities (client meetings and input for proposals or work orders) to meet any initial hierarchy or expansion activities.Work with Deployment Manager and client to consult on creating and delivering effective planning and delivery of customized client training, including:
Craft standards for training activities.
Work with clients to plan training activities.
Create “best practices” tools and methodologies for training activities (e.g. standard verbiage for proposals or work orders, lesson plans for delivering training, etc.)
Lead team to create and set standards for delivering these services as part of our overall professional delivery services.Lead activities surrounding legacy data imports.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 5+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in SAP and System Integration a plus.Demonstrable familiarity with structure and common terminology of LMS or KMS. Experience with LMS implementation a must.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, Client Contracts, internal client documentation.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • 2-3 years experience training in a corporate environment.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.PMP certification a plus. Travel to 60% required

Compensation: $60-80K dependent upon experience - Bonus: $3,000

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS for senior level Client Services Trainer/Senior Systems Engineer:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-3 years experience training in a corporate environment.
